Lynise began a career in Real Estate North Carolina where she acquired a Broker’s License. She later changed career paths to become a Federal employee in the United States Postal Service. She began her new career in the postal service as a temporary distribution clerk, later acquiring a permanent clerk position in Raleigh NC. Within a few years she was promoted to Supervisor of Distribution Operations. Although she held several other positions, including Plant Safety Specialist, Ergonomics Site Coordinator and Supervisor of Maintenance, her most rewarding accomplishment was her promotion to the position of Industrial Engineer in Orlando Florida. This came after acquiring her Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at NC A&T State University while working full time in the Greensboro Plant. Several years later she was promoted to a higher-level engineering position that brought her to Phoenix Arizona. During her time in the Phoenix Plants, she became a certified Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt implementing new processes that produced savings of millions of dollars for the Postal Service. Her last six years of service were served in the position of Lead Manager of Distribution Operations. After 30 years of service, Lynise decided to retire and is now enjoying her new career as a Real Estate agent. Lynise enjoys traveling, reading, golfing, hunting, and gardening. She enjoys meeting new people and working to help others. A member of Team Elite at Platinum Living Realty, her goal is to succeed in educating clients on homeownership while making their real estate dreams come true.
