Super Agent Marty Logan has lived in the Valley of the Sun for over 28 years. He received his Bachelor of Science in Communication with a minor in Marketing from the University of Southern Oregon. Marty also knows what it takes to help people own the best home, for the least amount of money, with the least amount of stress.

That means recommending staging techniques to make the place look great, maximizing the listing with professional-quality photographs, and showing the house to prospective buyers. Most of all, he negotiates counter-offers, tracks the paperwork, and hand-holds his clients through the most nerve-racking part of the process.

Marty Logan lives in North Scottsdale. He a member of the National Speakers Association, an active member of his church and is on the Children’s Ministry team at McDowell Mountain Community Church. He enjoys hiking, camping, mountain biking, snowboarding, wakeboarding and going to the Cardinals games. He can be found around town volunteering while feeding the homeless, packing and sending care packages to our military oversees and starving children in the Philippines, fundraising for no kill animal shelters, Wounded Warriors, cooking dinner for men and women less fortunate, reading to homeless kids, and spending time with veterans at the Manna House.
