Realtor®

Super Agent Marty Logan has lived in the Valley of the Sun for over 28 years. He received his Bachelor of Science in Communication with a minor in Marketing from the University of Southern Oregon. He loves being a part of helping families transition into reaching or maintaining the American Dream homeownership.

His chief tasks are to sell your home for the most amount of money. He knows how to list homes for the right price and then get buyers in the door. He has access to the most up-to-date information about recent sales of comparable homes (“comps”) and competing listings in your neighborhood. He has listed and helped his clients sell their luxury homes across the valley. Most recently, Biltmore Estates, Desert Ridge, and DC Ranch. Marty also knows what it takes to help people own the best home, for the least amount of money, with the least amount of stress.

His commitment to excellence is evident as he applies his “Can Do” attitude in all facets of his life. SuperAgent Logan will market your home aggressively. That means recommending staging techniques to make the place look great, maximizing the listing with professional-quality photographs, and showing the house to prospective buyers. He will vet potential buyers so you can deal only with serious prospects. Most of all, he negotiates counter-offers, tracks the paperwork, and hand-holds his clients through the most nerve-racking part of the process.

For Buyers, he will help you understand home financing better, have great information on HOA obligations for a specific building or development and could save you headaches from upcoming fees or special assessments. He is invaluable in helping families understand the costs of owning a home, such as taxes, insurance, maintenance and the like.

Marty Logan lives in North Scottsdale. He a member of the National Speakers Association, an active member of his church and is on the Children’s Ministry team at McDowell Mountain Community Church. He enjoys hiking, camping, mountain biking, snowboarding, wakeboarding and going to the Cardinals games.
