Many of my clients have become personal friends, because I truly take the time to get to know my clients! One of the things that you will always get from me, is honesty, whether that benefits me or not! When I started real estate, I would try to be everything to everybody… BUT I quickly realized that that is an impossible task! So I made a promise to myself that I would only conduct business as if every client was my family member!
I also love to have fun and laugh! This should be a credibly fun and exciting experience! Anyone can show homes but my favorite part of real estate is the NEGOTIATIONS! While many agents simply are not skilled in this area, this is where I feel I really stand out! I’ve been blessed to work with first time homebuyers to multi-million dollar estates. To be honest, I’m always working for your referrals, which is how I get 90% of my business!
