I spent my early professional years in the printing and publishing industry in sales/marketing prior to transitioning to Real estate. However, I found that helping buyers and sellers achieve their Real estate dreams was more rewarding and fulfilling for me.
I truly enjoy building strong, long-term enduring relationships that almost always take the path to friendship. I try to create these relationships by offering honest and open communication prior to, during, and after the sale, which I believe are key ingredients to success.
Although somewhat outdated today, my original mentor/coach and a good friend taught me that “people don’t know how much you know until they know how much you care.” Getting to know the needs, requirements, and preferences of a buyer/seller is the first step to finding and creating answers to their questions.
As your guide, I believe the key to a successful transaction is to simplify your journey and create less stress, frustration, clarity, and understanding. I like to do this by digging deep and asking the most important questions to the buyer/seller so that together we can create a plan to make their dreams a reality.
My job is not to spend their hard-earned money but, to guide them through the process by giving them accurate information about the property, the area, and the market so that when the time comes for them to make/accept offers they can do so with an informed decision.
